The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) 2010 Region J Conference, Finding Energy Through Engineering, will be hosted by the Eastern Washington Section on April 9-11, 2010 in Richland, WA.

Science Olympiad The Science Olympiad puts science and engineering into a competitive team environment. It has inspired many students to pursue careers in science and engineering. This year, SW-Idaho SWE will host the "Picture This" activity. This is a fun activity in which junior high students try to describe science terms to their partner (similar to the game Pictionary). Volunteers are needed to organize in advance of the event, and to administer the activity in 2-3 hour sessions on Saturday, April 10th.
